Logan’s Heating & Cooling
Logan’s Heating and Cooling was established in March of 2017. But the vision began nearly a decade prior when Logan began his sheet metal career. Just shy of 19 years old, Logan was encouraged to follow in his father’s footsteps and join the Sheet Metal Workers Local Union 2.
Excelled at Building Custom Duct Work
With a natural talent and years of experience as a lad with sheet metal, Logan excelled in the shop building custom ductwork and fittings and in the field installing ductwork.
Formal Education
A few years later, Logan left the Union to pursue a more formal education on heating and air conditioning. Logan attended Columbia Area Career Center in Columbia, MO to obtain HVAC training for his EPA certifications. After obtaining EPA Universal Certification, Logan was offered a commercial lead position with United Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing. During his time at United, Logan lead many commercial heating and cooling projects. He was also cross-trained in residential installation, commercial and residential service, as well as, commercial and residential plumbing and service.
During his time at United, Logan attended Johnson County Community College to participate in the HVAC Exam preparation where he successfully passed his Journeyman Mechanic Licensing. Logan received his Master Mechanic certification in May of 2019 and continues with ongoing education and training. All the while, Logan was observing things about his very own community in relation to his trade. Clinton was in need of a heating, cooling, and plumbing company that could offer residents the highest quality equipment, the cleanest, high-quality installation, with a competitive price and excellent customer service. This observation was the driving force behind Logan’s desire to start a business within his community.
